Yes, my final year one examination is coming soon, very much sooner than i expected it to be. Today was our first day back to the college after two weeks working as intern in each ward that we're assigned to. Everybody was just glad to be back, i think we're just glad to be back, it's been months that we left the college for our internship period, i think we just really misses the college enviroment. And also, we do miss our beloved tutors. Their part of our big..big family.. Today also was the day where we have to submit our case study assignment which went very "kelam kabut" i must say, since everybody have to go back home and reprint the assignment again. Why? Because most of us did so many errors that needed editing, kalau mahu mark tinggi better edit balik.. (including my self). I went back home together with my fello colleague Haziq and Zul's. They also needed to reprint their assignment paper due to tons of errors. Gosh. It was very hectic this moring with all the chaos.
Today was also the collecting day i assumed, where i as the attandance representative, have to collect all of the students internship attandance sheet. Apa nda kelam kabut ku cus i have to deal with submitting both assignment and attandance to different tutors. Tutor kami ani payah kan di cari, ulang-alik ku tadi guys mengunjar dengan paper-paper my entire classmate. barat kali ah.. kepisan eh.. I really need an assistance eh.. next time when i have to submit assignments paper, or anything, i better bring some help. hehe :P
Today also, we were given a short briefing regarding our end of year examination where we have to pass in order to continue studying for the next semester. Failing is not an option. you can fail the exam for once, but if u fail it twice, you're gonna have to leave. Automatically, they'll kick you out from the programe. Shit right? but hey.. that's the rules... i have nothing against it. But i, my self are being thankful to our tutor Cikgu Liew Moi for taking a time off and teaching us or should i say giving us a lot of tips on how to answer the questions. Not only that, she also give us a list of the possiable questions that might come out on the exam. We'll be sitting for two different paper which are Life Science (Anatomy & Physiology ) and Care of Patient. You might think "alah, apa jua dua subject saja, senang kali ah pass" i here by would like to declare that "YOU'RE WRONG".
Yes, we only have two papers but these two paper have a lof of branches inside it, especially The Care of Patient. Want to know the list? Here it is:

6 or 8 of these major topics will be coming out for our final year one examination. The most important parts of these topics are to be able to memorise all the location of the organs, the functions of the organs, what hormons does it produces, what are the possiable dieases of each organs involve.
Care of patient include 3 different subject which are Health Promotion, Nutritions and Patient Care it self.. I don't really know on how is the question is going to be like, but i do know what are the topics that might come out.

- Communiction
- Infection of cross infection
- Inflammation process/wound
- Mycardial Infection
- Constipation
- Pain Management
- Intestinal Obstruction
- Jaundice
- Colorectal Cancer
- Immobility
The most important thing for this particular subjact is to be able to memorise all of the definitation for each diease, the type of diease, the diagnosis of the diease, the investigation needed for the diease, the medication for the diease, and the health education for the dieases.
In order to pass for the exam is to PASS both papers. Failing one of the papers means you fail your final exam already, you're gonna have to retake the exam again, you're only given time 2 trial attemp to pass the exam. Failing for the third time, you know what it means already. So.. I'm gonna have to work really hard to pass. Wish me luck guys.
We'll be having a picnic bash tomorrow from 10am, the payment is only $10 per head. I'm gonna try to come tomorrow if i still can make it cause i have to go to Kuala Belait for my cousin majlis balik 7 hari, where we have to send the newlyweds back to groom's home town. Hopefuly sempatlah ku datang besuk, guys tinggali ku makanan ah..
