The final exam is coming really soon, i'am NOT fully prepare yet, haven't been able to finish revising all of the particular topics that might come out. Seriously, i haven't been able to finish it, it's been three days and i only covered 4-5 topics. I really have to start working hard than ever to get a very good marks.
Today's revision is more towards patient needs and care, seriously, this is the hardest paper to pass, history had shown, through out the entire course, tons of student had to resit for this paper for at least twice to finally pass but unfortunately some didn't and had to leave. (Di berhentikan from moving to the next semester). To be honest this is one hell of subject. Why is it so hard? It is because this particular subject have three different subjects, all in one paper.
These are the subjects:
- Health Promotion
- Nutrition
- NNH (Patient Care)
All these three major subject are all put together in one package. That is why it so difficult to pass this paper. Not only this NNH paper is hard, for me, Anatomy & Physiology is also hard. It is because we have to be able to identify the Human Anatomy (Organs) perfectly and being able to identify it's correct location, the function of the organ,how does the organ works, possible disease of the organ, investigation needed for the organ, treatment requirement, further possible complication, the relevant/rational of the treatment, evaluation of the treatment etc. I admit having a serious headaec revising on this subject.
Since i'am a bit weak in terms of memorising therefore, i'am really having a hard time remembering all of the notes in my brain, and what i fear the most is having a mental block or breakdown before or during the examination day. Subahallah! Nauezibillah...
