Gas That Could Kill You Inside Your Car

Hye guys, today I wanna share an article with you all. An article I found about a gas inside our car. Which I think something that most of us don't know about. In fact, the gas have a high potential into bringing harm towards our health. Hence, it is quite an important for us - car users to know what it is all about. And also, please note that it is not my responsibility or liability as to its completeness or accuracy.

It is normal for most of us - car users to usually turned on the car air-condition immediately right after we started the car engine, especially when the weather is super damn hot BUT the truth is, it is definitely NOT a good idea. In fact, we should open all the car windows after we entered and started the car engine. 

This is because, according to a research done by University of California, USA. They had found out that the car dashboard, sofa, air freshener will emit Benzene, a cancer causing 
toxin (carcinogen- take note of the heated plastic smell in your car). In addition to causing cancer, it poisons the bones, causing Anemia, and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure will also cause Leukaemia and increasing the risk of having a Cancer. Even worst, it may also cause miscarriage if a pregnant driver or passenger is inside the car. 

An acceptable Benzene level for humans within indoors area is only 50 mg per/sqft. If a car is parked indoors with the windows closed will contain at least 400-800 mg of Benzene comparing with a car parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level. Therefore the people inside the car will inevitably inhale an excess amount of the toxin and at this rate, it can be fatal.

It is recommended that every car users open their car windows and doors to give time for the interior air to go out before entering the vehicle. For your information, Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidney and liver, and is very difficult for your body to expel this toxic stuff.
