This is because this spider contain a poison in its body. Have you ever seen this type of spider before? If no, well, that is because this kind of spider are commonly found in Brazil but somehow it made its way to Singapore. The picture below shows what happened to a patient in Singapore (Changi General Hospital) after killing the spider with bare hand. Furthermore, this kind of spider is around the house or everywhere.
